Cambrian House: Crowdsourcing for Cash

Cambrian House, a crowdsourcing company, accepts ideas, code and creative from an eager audience who may or may not get paid for the work. Users (or should I say creators) submit their time and talent in exchange for the chance to earn royalty points. If the project they contribute to takes off, they earn money. If not, no dough. To see how it works for someone submitting an idea, see below:

It seems to me, on first glance, like those companies you're warned to stay away from: the ones that own your patent, build your idea, then take most of the earnings. But I will reserve further judgement until I have time to explore the site in depth.
