Youtube adds links to your clips

I just discovered youtube has added little buttons and links to the videos it houses. During the video playback, if you mouse over the lower right hand corner of the video, a "next" button appears, taking you to a list of other video clips. The list is shown within the same screen as the video you are watching. Also, at the end of the video clip, that same list appears. The thing is, the list is of videos totally unrelated to the content of the video clip you are watching! Also, right now at least, the buttons only appear on the video clips if you are watching them on youtube.com. If you watch a youtube video on a blog, no buttons.
