Can Verizon put Fringe content on phones?

I had this idea. If Verizon can put youtube videos on cell phones, and the Orlando Fringe has both an ad channel and a Videocast on youtube, could we convince Verizon to allow our content to be part of that which is provided to Verizon users in Orlando?

I emailed Verizon with that very question.
